Go to [http://iptv-epg.com](http://iptv-epg.com/) and get EPG for 60+ countries and 6500+ channels.  
There you get EPG for US and UK channels too.  
You can create a personalized EPG list with a few clicks and your xml is generated within seconds.

i tried them but had problem with the times and data and no support..., using [https://epgguide.net](https://epgguide.net/) and have to add xmltv to my m3u but they support business providers only but the price is cheap and support good, jusst my 5 cents!
